You retain ownership of the content you submit (text, links, images). However, by uploading content, you grant VIBIN a worldwide license to display and distribute it through our services.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use VIBIN for any unlawful purposes, including sharing malicious links, hate speech, or sexually explicit content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.
4. Limitation of Liability
VIBIN is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or physical products generated through third-party fulfillment partners.

1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email, connected social accounts, and profile images. We also collect usage data to improve our services.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to render your dynamic profile, process payments (via Stripe), and fulfill physical orders (via Printful). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Third-Party Services
We use Stripe for payment processing and Printful for order fulfillment. These providers have their own privacy policies regarding the data they process on our behalf.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time from your Dashboard.

REFUND & SHIPPING POLICY
1. Print-on-Demand Policy
All VIBIN physical products (stickers, apparel) are uniquely manufactured on demand. Because products are custom-made based on your profile, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. We will work with our fulfillment partner to issue a free replacement or a refund.
3. Shipping
We ship globally. Delivery times vary by destination. You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched. VIBIN is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.
